Branch Code: Write the branch code where you are depositing the cash
My Account is in Branch (Name): Write the name of your home branch name
Transaction NO: Leave Blank
Branch Code: Write the branch code of your home branch
A/c No: Write the account number
Date: Write the date when you are making this transaction.
ATM/Debit/Credit Card No: If you possess ATM or Credit card then write the 16 digit card number in this coloumn
Customer Name: Write the Account Name
Towards( Cheque/Cash Deposit): Choose cash if you depositing cash in your account
Local Outstanding Cheque: Leave this blank
Cash/Cheque Details: If you are depositing cheque in your account, then one needs to write the name of the cheque whose cheque has been drawn but in case of depositing cash in your account simply leave this coloumn blank.
Cheque No & Date: Write the 6 digit cheque number and the date of the cheque
Amount: Write the amount (in figure) you are depositing in your account
Total: Write the total amount in figure
Amount in words: Write the amount you are depositing in your account in words
