How to fill deposit slip/ Pay in slip of Corporation Bank

This form is meant for all those customer who does not possess ATM card or a green card, a account linked card issued by a bank to its customer to deposit money in his concerned account. How to fill deposit or pay in slip of Corporation Bank
Entries to be filled in the deposit slip of Corporation Bank
Customer Copy:
Deposited in Branch: Write the name of the branch where the amount has been deposited
Date: Write the date when you are making this transaction
A/C Holder Name: Write the Account name or simply the name by which you are operating this account
Account maintained with: Write the name of the Home branch of your bank
Type of account: Choose the account type either saving or current account.
Account Number: Write the Bank account number in which you wish to deposit the money
Cheque/DD/Cash particulars: If you are deposting cash in your account then simply write cash int his coloumn and in case if you are depositing cheque in your account then one has to write the particulars of the cheque, like name of the bank and branch whose cheque is drawn, cheque date, 6 digit of the cheque number and the name of the person who has drawn the cheque.
Amount: Write the amount you are depositing in the account either in cash or through cheque.
Pcs: If the amount depositing in the account is a round figure then write 00 pcs and in case if the amount is in points then write the last two digit of the amount after the point.
Total: Write the amount in figure you are depositing in your account
Rupees: Write tha amount in words that you are depositing in your account
Bank copy:
Deposited in Branch: Write the name of the branch where the amount has been deposited
A/C Holder Name: Write the Account name or simply the name by which you are operating this account
Account maintained with: Write the name of the Home branch of your bank
Tel/Mobile: Write the mobile number
Date: Write the date when you are making this transaction
Name & Add. of the Depositor: The person who is depositing money in his account has to write his name and his full address in this coloumn
PAN/GIR No: If you are depositing a minimum of 50,000 in your account then one has to input the PAN card number in this coloumn. This is compulsory for a amount of 50,000.
Signature of the depositor: The depositor has to do a signature in this coloumn
Cheque /DD No & Date: If you are depositing cheque in your account then you have to write the 6 digit cheque number and the date mentioned in the cheque.
Drawn on Bank & Branch: Write the name of the bank and the branch whose cheque is drawn.
Drawer’s Name: Write the name of the person who has drawn the cheque.
Cheque/DD/ Amount: Write the amount you are depositing in your account either in cash or by cheque
Total: Here also write the total amount one is depositing in his account.
Denomination: In this coloumn Just the write the number of pieces of your currency whether it is in denomination of Rs 2000 note or Rs 500 note or Rs 100 note Just write number of pieces that make your sum of money that you are depositing.
Amount : In the total box below the table write the total amount you are depositing.
Pcs: If the amount depositing in the account is a round figure then write 00 pcs and in case if the amount is in points then write the last two digit of the amount after the point.
Total: Write the amount in figure you are depositing in your account
