What is Form 60 of Indian Bank
If a customer makes a transaction worth Rs 50,000 and obove with any bank in any form either such as depositing money in his account, transfer the said amount in another account via NEFT or RTGS, in such case it is must for the customer as per the bank norms to quote the PAN Card number in support of the transaction. But in case, if the customer doesn’t possess the PAN card number being not applied for the same then in such case the customer need to fill up a form 60 in support of the transaction worth 50,000 and obove. If a customer is making a transaction worth with the amount specified, without possessing a PAN Card then in that case he must fill form 60. In this form, the customer needs to provide necessary details like his name, mobile number and his residential address. Besides this, he needs to provide the amount and the nature of the transaction he is making. The customer also needs to attach documents in support of his residential address and Identity.
